Pay for the product
Pay the product price by card — in one click for catalogue items, or after a manager reviews and approves your external link. We then purchase the product in Japan.

Pay for delivery
Once your products arrive at our warehouse in Japan, we weigh and pack them. We then calculate the shipping cost based on the parcel’s weight and dimensions. A separate shipping invoice will then appear in your account.

Receive your parcel
Once the shipping fee has been paid, we ship your parcel. Track the parcel through your account and receive it at your chosen delivery location.

You can send us links to any consumer products from Japanese online stores and marketplaces that are permitted for international shipment. Clothing, footwear, electronics, cosmetics, spare parts, collectibles, household goods — anything sold by Japanese online retailers.
Important: Some categories cannot be shipped internationally. These include lithium batteries and rechargeable batteries, flammable liquids (such as nail polish and aerosols), perishable products, weapons and replicas, and prohibited substances. If you are unsure, contact our manager and we will check the specific item.
