How to Order
Purchases through Japanese Market are managed through your account balance in Japanese yen (¥ / JPY). Your shopping cart serves as a list of items you’re interested in, allowing you to add comments and pay for each item individually.
Step 1: Add Items and Pay
Option 1: Buy from Our Website Catalog
Browse authentic Japanese products in the stores featured in our catalog.
Add the items you want to your cart. All prices are fixed and listed in Japanese yen.
Add a comment to an item if needed, then pay directly from your account balance with one click. We’ll begin purchasing the item right away.
Option 2: Order Items Using Your Links
Find the item you want on any Japanese website, such as Amazon Japan, Rakuten, or Mercari, and copy the link.
Paste the URL into the form on our website. Be sure to specify any required details, such as size, color, and quantity, in the comments.
The item will be marked “Pending Review.” Our team will check availability and verify that the item can be exported from Japan, then confirm the price in Japanese yen. Choose the item purchase optinon: after you approval or automatically if the item is available.
Pay for the item directly from your account balance. The item price and the fixed ¥500 service fee per item are displayed as separate line items. We’ll purchase your item in Japan within one business day.
You can add funds to your account balance at any time through your account dashboard using Stripe or PayPal.
Step 2: Warehouse Processing and International Shipping

All items arrive at our warehouse in Toyama, Japan, where our staff perform a basic inspection to check that the items match your order and have no visible defects.
Store your purchases at our warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days while you wait for other orders to arrive.
Select the items you want to ship together. Our warehouse team will consolidate them into one package at no extra charge and pack them securely.
Once your package has been weighed, pay the international shipping fee from your account balance according to your selected carrier’s rates. We’ll ship your package and provide a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
